2017 Gulf Stream 19ERD Vintage Cruiser

Go out on the road back in time with this Vintage Cruiser travel trailer 19ERD by Gulf Stream Coach.This unit offers a queen size bed up front with nightstands on both sides of the bed, plus overhead storage, and more. There is a curtain that can be pulled for a bit more privacy when you want it.The split bath provides a shower along the curb side just before the sleeping area, and a private toilet and vanity with sink can be found along the road side opposite.The rear features a booth dinette with shelf on one side for your things. This a great place for meals, or just hangout. Also, if you needed additional sleeping space for one more camper, you can easily create a single bed out of the dinette with the table folded down.In the Kitchen area will find two burner cook-top & sink. There are overhead cabinets for your dishes and things, plus a refrigerator just inside the door on your right, and so much more!

We are Chance and Rebecca Bishop. Camping and RV’ing was already a big part of our lives when we met, fell in love and got married. We were both full-time RV’ers!
We consolidated into one RV when we got married and decided to try renting the other as a short-term rental. From there sprang our best adventure! What better way to share our love of camping, then to have our own fleet that others can rent from and share in the RV experience.
From that first RV, we have grown to 3 in our personal fleet and now offer rental management for any RV owner interested in earning some extra money when they aren’t using it for their own adventures!
We pride ourselves in being a firefighter (Chance) family-owned company. We would love to help make your family’s next vacation a memorable one!

The renter is responsible to make sure unit returned broom swept clean, counter top & bathroom / toilet wiped down w/ cleaning products (provided), garbage removed, all kitchen equipment washed clean and stored back in the proper previously stored location.
Failure to do any or all of the above will result in fee of $50.00 from the card on file.Scraping RV Against Trees
Tight squeeze? Take it slow, and be aware of what’s around you.
Take wider turns, but be careful when you do.
Damage at the gas station
Be cognizant/educate on height of rig, and watch out for those gas station poles.
Colliding with other vehicles
Drive slowly and brake early. Utilize mirrors; check blind spots when switching lanes.
Weather damage to awning
Always close awning before moderate weather, on windy days, when it’s not in use, and at night.You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to neglience, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided
Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level,tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility.
Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
Awning use is strict prohibited any wind or rain. must be with the awning & under it during the use of awning.
if the broken or the material torn you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage that would come from the card on file.Returns are due from 10am until 4pm at 4:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 10am until 4pm at 4:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Delivery are scheduled @ park times or availability to be delivered in no order as they come in.
It is liked if renter is present at time of delivery but, don't have to be.
If plan to pick up earlier or drop off late do have a $50 fee, if violate the above time slot $80 fee
No first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. Rv slot reservation (site#) must be told at booking or sent to us before 2 days before delivery.

Maybe not taking it out on the road would have been a better plan. None of the operations manuals were included and the runthrough was not thorough enough. The only question I asked, before I left, was not answered correctly, until I was on my way home 2 weeks into my 6 week trip, and messed up the whole trip. I am so disappointed, but lesson learned. Chance, by the way, has been very professional and I would recommend having him do your walk-through.
