5.010/10 recommend Vanhallah! My boyfriend and I rented for 10 days as our first van trip and I could not be more satisfied. The renter/owner (Joe) and his wife were extremely responsive to any of our inquiries and really made this trip all the fun with none of the stress. Very thorough during introduction and even had a cheat sheet for navigating the “stinky slinky” and other possibly confusing appliances. The van itself was super clean, drove very smooth (considering we were driving a house), everything we needed to use worked, every message or call was answered within the minute, and we didn’t do nearly as bad on gas as we thought! If you are considering renting go ahead and book, you wont regret it (:

Are there any additional fees?

It is expected that the tanks are emptied, fuel is refilled, and the van is cleaned prior to its return. If not, there will be a charge for us to do it for you. Dumping Fee: $50 Refuel Fee: $50 (Plus cost of fuel and propane retained from your deposit) each. Cleaning Fee: $100 Deep Cleaning Fee: $200 Please clean up after yourself. If you choose not to, we may have to charge the cleaning fee. If it's very dirty (caked in mud, toilet stains, etc. then it may be a deep cleaning fee.)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pickup can be anytime starting at 12pm or later. We have an "add-on" option if you want us to get it ready for you earlier for $50, with adequate notice. Drop off will be at 1pm or earlier, with an "add-on" option for late drop off until 6pm for $50 so long as we are notified and agree to it ahead of time since we'll need to alter our schedule to accommodate.
